Saint Louis’ Own Barbecue, The Pork Steak – A Regional Oddity

I’ve written several articles about the local variations of Bbq in recent days. My friends in Saint louis, home town are requesting me why I do not discuss the Saint louis niche, the Barbecued Pork Meat. I haven’t overlooked the actual pork steak; it is only hard to categorize this in general categories.

I really like the Barbecue Chicken Steak, and some associated with my earliest reminiscences of “barbecue” are from the Pork Steak.
